This is the third jar , I started taking high doses of vitamin D3 after hearing is advise in YouTube .After one month my uterine fribroids symptoms are gone .They might be shrinking or who knows, I was going crazy with my symptoms of pelvic pressure and constipation.I have 2 large fibroids.Doctors wanted to perform hysterectomy or embolization and I I decided to take the holistic route to give a try .I found dr berg on YouTube .And honestly my symptoms are gone . I try to take care of my health in whatever ways I can. I do my best through what I eat and exercise, but we all know that it's difficult to get all the nutrients we need from food alone.Vitamin D is so important for our bodies. Love this product will be buying it over and over. It was recommended by my doctor when my blood work came back with low vitamin D. She recommended this specific kind. Before taking this supplement I would always show deficient in Vitamin D. My doctor initially prescribed 1000 IU and my levels barely increased. After two months, I had new labs taken, and my vitamin D levels were now in the optimal range. My vitamin D levels increase significantly and I feel a lot better. Calcium levels are in normal range if anyone was wondering if my increased vitamin D levels lead to increased calcium levels.

Love these vitamins. These are the only D3 & K2 vitamins that I will use. The are easy to swallow. I usually take them at night with my Magnesium to help me sleep. It makes the magnesium more effective.
