I know that's a bit bizarre, but true. I don't even know if it works. I don't like to examine myself too closely in the mirror. I'm in my 50s so that kind of freaks me out. Anyway, it's probably not that this tastes so great but that I have an odd particular liking of it, if you follow me. The texture is cool-sandy, I eat it directly out of the container no mixers. It kind of shrinks, or melts in your mouth the way cotton candy does, shrinking down to a fine grainy substance. This is not sweet like cotton candy of course, there's no added sugars but it does have let's say Essence of cotton candy. It's hard for me to stop eating it after the recommended one scoop, sometimes I eat more than that. I should probably stop buying it.
