jury is still out on these. not sure if ...
jury is still out on these. not sure if these are made for the long haul but for the price who cares. are very soft to the touch. I routinely use a fuzz buster to remove lint balls that build up on my socks but be advised and DO NOT try to fuzz bust the upper parts of these socks that go up the leg. there are two different weaves in the sock material that are obvious but you cannot fuzz bust the upper part. it makes an instant hole that keeps on growing. it doesn't do that on the bottom part.have been using these for several months and the only complaint I have is that the toe seam needs to be sewn better and more uniformly. the material tends to bunch at the ends and makes a thick spot which can cause pressure at that point against the inside of the shoe causing pain to develop in the skin and tissue under that point. the socks can be stretched and the bunched material can be tucked under the hollow of the toes to avoid the development of pressure pain but that is not convenient. I have many other socks where the toe seam is no different thickness than the rest of the sock material so I know it can be done. company just needs to try harder.

Great Socks, Great Service!!!
I Bought these for my non-diabetic husband who has arthritic thumbs and has a great deal of difficulty pulling on his socks. He has a fairly large foot and a large calf; not to mention the fact that he is rather large in the mid-section. Pulling on regular sport socks was virtually impossible for him. I have tried several other brands to no avail. These work remarkably well, and he just loves them.I want to mention one other really important item. After I placed this order, and even before it arrived, I was contacted by the seller, George at Deep Discount, just to confirm my order. He mentioned a couple of items about some other socks that they had available that intrigued me, so I responded with some questions. We proceeded to engage in further communication wherein I decided to stick with this order until it arrived the next day, just to be sure that I had the right socks for my husband's needs. The reason I bring this all up, is to point out that the service from this company was absolutely outstanding. George was responsive and ready to do whatever was necessary to ensure that we got the socks that my husband needed. I cannot be sure that I would have felt the same comfort level with one of the bigger brand name companies. So, thank you George and Midwest Deep Discount. You represent another fine service business who knows the meaning of the word "service"

Well made and sized right
So, I'm a senior citizen living on a fixed income and someone sells me a dozen pairs of nice, USA-made socks that fit me well for only $19. Am I appreciative? You bet I am!These are great socks, especially for the price. Size XL fits my shoe size 14 Narrow feet just fine. Uppers are loosely woven so as not to exert a lot of pressure on the leg (I'm not diabetic, but do have peripheral edema). Lowers are cushioned and comfortable, maybe not loaded with a lot of material, but good enough. Thanks to Amazon, the manufacturer, and the seller for making these socks available.

The most comfortable socks I have ever worn
I do not have diabetes but I do have circulation problems and wear a 12EEEE shoe size. These are the best fitting and most comfortable socks I have ever worn. The part above the ankle is a loose weave and stretchy material that leaves almost no mark on my calf even after sleeping in them. I am already thinking of buying some more [I always have trouble finding socks big enough].Another Amazon find for us folks who are - as an old friend used to say - "larger than life-size". ;-)UPDATE July 2016: I just received a new shipment of these socks, still my favorite, but the new batch says they are made in Pakistan, not the USA as before - and as pictured. I am posting a picture of the new socks' label along with a label from previous order.

Thanks For The Right Socks
I had tried several different web sites looking for the right product and the right price to fit my budget. Of course, I had no way of actually touching, feeling, or even visually inspectiing the items. But the visual, the picture, and the price convinced me to give them a try. I will be the first to testify that it met my specific needs. In other words..."they were a perfect fit". Being a type 2 diabetic for thirty years, I have only recently had foot problems and two of them are: 1) My feet have become real sensitive to the touch...2) My feet swell from water retention due to the diabetes. So, regular socks were too confining and the material felt rough. If I went to a larger size, then they would have the tendency to fall down around my ankles. These socks suit me just fine. They are comfortable and do not slip down my leg. And the price!! When compared to other diabetic socks at $6.00 or more per pair... "WHAT MORE CAN BE SAID?!" Thank you very much. In these times of financial crisis, it's refreshing to know that there is still a company out there that has a wholehearted concern for customer welfare and well being. [email protected]

They are almost what they say they are
Ok for lounging around the house but definitely cheap socks. Too thin for walking, running, etc. They are comfortable, but in a disposable kind of way. I was also disappointed in sizing. I wear a size 13 shoe, so ordered the large size that was supposed to fit up to shoe size 15. I'd say they're comfortably good for up to shoe size 12. Tops are very thin open knit as needed for wearers with water retention issues. Probably good for inactive lifestyle but definitely not an inexpensive sub for athletic socks.
