It works. It is fast acting. I don't have to worry about painful bathroom breaks after taking in dairy. However, taking this pill doesn't mean no bathroom at all! It just helps you digest lactase and easier for bathroom breaks, less pain. I take a lot of these when I'm out eating with friends and this has been my Nth purchase, would buy every time.
