I love that I cut what I need for where I need. This is the solution to blisters. Period. Starts to rub... slap this on your skin and there won’t be a blister. Lasts if you need it too. Wore three days on bottom of foot while camping with an angry hiking boot. I also do a lot of 12 mile days at trade show floors for work and this is a must. The team thought I was some foot hack guru for this at the first trade show I brought it too :). If I’m going to work in the years all day, I’ll put this across my palm under my fingers where you get blisters and it helps a ton. No blisters!!Cheers!

Any time I walk more than 5 miles, I tend to get blisters on the ball of each foot. I bought this for a hiking trip to Colorado, where I knew I'd be doing way more than 5 miles. I used the dancer pad template for a patch for each foot. After my first hike (10 miles), I did have some blisters under the moleskin, albeit a lot smaller in size and a lot fewer than usual. Also, I didn't feel the hot spots forming at all.

If you are looking for a moleskin that is THIN, this is it. I have a callus along my big toe and a podiatrist recommended "knip pads" and said I could buy them from Amazon or someplace like that. Well I had zero luck, so searched the many moleskin types available here. Did not want this much at first, so went to a local shoe store and was offered a "blister pad", which was a gel pad and seemed to fill my need. It was ok, but peeled off a bit during the day. So I decided as the "blister pads" were about $10, I'd go for this moleskin and store what I didn't need. This adhered well, even through a shower! The templates offered are a great idea also to help you get the right size for your need.

Terrific advertised product, unfortunately they are now mailing out 2" wide pink moleskin without the wooden templates. Despite clarifying via email with the seller, the wrong product was mailed twice more. Bummer.

I love this product! It's not so thick that it would make the shoe tight or too thin that it would be useless. It's comfortable & I don't know it's even there.I actually have not used the templates but just cut a piece to fit the size I need. It cuts easily, the backing peels right off, & the moleskin doesn't move until I remove it. After showing there is no residue. All in all, I'm very pleased with this product. There's an ample amount which will go a long way, but when I need more, I would definitely buy again!

The adhesive is poor. It is acceptable if you don't sweat at all, but if this the moleskin needs to go under a sock, the adhesive will come loose very quickly. (For reference, I have been careful about cleaning the area with alcohol before applying the moleskin. Still poor adhesion after about 15-30 minutes of walking.

This is perfect for my needs. I have a pair of flats where the heel was consistently rubbing blisters on one foot but they were otherwise so perfect I couldn't get rid of them. I didn't want to keep going through Band-Aids and all the other heel pads on Amazon looked too thick and covered the footbed as well. I just cut a strip of this to line the back and omg it's so soft. It somehow made my favorite shoes even more comfortable.
