I’ll just start by saying it was a bit more difficult to mix and dissolve than I anticipated. That’s not a big deal though so the product is still overall worthy of 5 stars to me. My only potential issue is that I did not seem to receive a scoop although the packaging indicates a serving size of 1 scoop and other reviews mention one being included. Again, not a big deal as I have plenty of substitutes, but would have liked to easily know that I was using the correct amount. I have written to support in regards to the scoop to determine whether it was mistakenly left out or if perhaps the packaging should be updated to provide a measurement other than a scoop that is no longer included. I will definitely update the review upon their reply. Now, on to the important thing:I’ve heard multiple claims of the various benefits of MCT oil powder so I decided to give this a shot. I can confirm, at least for me, the product helped me feel more full after mixing into my morning coffee which in turn led to me eating less at lunch. More thorough testing for an extended amount of time will be needed for my own needs, but so far so good. That is definitely a quick and easy solution and a great assistance to potential weight loss. There was no discernible taste or texture to it, just as described earlier a bit more mixing was required than I assumed would be to fully dissolve the product. Obviously there are many other touted benefits of MCT oil by many various sources, for what I wanted it for though (curbing appetite and potential weight loss), it seems to have done the trick. Will update and edit the review to include Nested Naturals’ response about the scoop and any additional details about my own usage if there is anything else for me to add.9/30 update: I was contacted by someone from Nested Naturals less than 3 hours after my email to them which is above and beyond what was expected. After support’s recommendation to empty into a different container, I did indeed find the scoop. It was much smaller than I imagined it would be and it seems due to shifting of the powder in shipment, it ended up buried at the bottom of the powder vertically right at the side of the container. I stirred the powder around but evidently moved the scoop as well.

I have had chronic neck and shoulder pain for years. Good days and bad days. I also have achy knees. Again, good days and bad days. The good days are great, but the bad days are coming more frequently. I have bottles of commercial pain reliever creams and rubs all over my house. They work - sort of - but not well enough. I had read a lot about hemp products and how they can alleviate pain. A friend of mine actually found this product on Amazon and showed it to me. We both decided to order it and give it a try. We figured we had nothing to lose (except the price of the cream). The day I received the cream, I also got an email from the sellers instructing me on how to use it. I am glad they did. The big thing was to give it a few applications to begin building up the effects. The jar is smaller than I expected, but the cream spreads well, so you don't need to use a lot. I just touch my finger into the cream and apply. First I did my knees, then my shoulders, upper arms, and neck. I had the most immediate relief on my shoulder area. The knees did feel better, but it was not as big of a difference. Following the email instructions, I re-applied before bed. The next day, I applied the cream morning, mid-day and before bed. Today, I can honestly say that this stuff works FAR better than anything I have tried before. I can move my shoulders, upper arms, and neck without problem. The pain is about 90% gone! My knees are stiff still, but the pain has gone away and I am able to walk through the mall with so much more comfort. I do NOT want to entertain the idea of surgery for anything that is not life threatening. Hospitals are where you go to get sicker. I am so happy I took a chance on this product. I will buy it again and will be using it every day. Thank you.

This is my first time using MCT oil and I like that it is in powdered form for adding to my coffee. I do think it seems to work to balance out my energy throughout the day and I don't feel like I get that mid-day slump and desire to take a nap when I add the MCT powder to my coffee in the morning. I like that the powder doesn't really have a taste (at least that I notice in my coffee with creamer) but it does make my coffee nice and creamy. The only thing I don't like as much is that it is hard to get the powder to dissolve in my coffee. I have to keep stirring it often to break up the little clumps that form from the powder. But once it dissolves it's great!

I HAD ALREADY BEEN USING COCONUT OIL IN MY COFFEE WHICH IS GREAT, I BASICALLY GOT THIS FOR GUT WELLNESS. I AM SENIOR AND HAVE PROBLEMS WITH GUT FOREVER AND SORRY TO SAY SOMETHING DIDN'T AGREE WITH ME. THE OTHER DAY I WENT TO BED WITH EXTRA BAD GUT, MAYBE IT'S PALM? I LOVE COCONUT OIL AND HAVE BEEN USING IT MANY YEARS AND IT HAS BEEN AMAZING, IT'S TRUE IT'S ANTI-VIRAL AND ANTI-BACTERIAL. I HAVEN'T HAD A BAD COLD OR FLU IN MANY YEARS. I ALSO USE MONOLAURIN PELLETS WHEN I GET SICK THEY WORK. SOMETHING DIDN'T WORK WITH THIS SORRY, I'M VERY HAPPY FOR OTHER PEOPLE'S SUCCESS.

It’s helpfull with my keto diet

We've bought our first bottle of MCT oil powder few weeks ago. We read awesome things about it, but yet we were a bit sceptical at first. However, we've decided to give it a try.We got back to healthy lifestyle few months ago, and while working full time, having to walk our dogs daily, we needed something that could boost energy. We didn't always had energy to train as much as we wanted to, but to our surprise we found MCT oil! And believe us, it works! It gives us enough energy for all our activities and more ;)Also, we know that lots of people on ketogenic diet use MCT oil. Although it doesn't mean that you won't benefit from MCT without keto. We are not on keto diet, yet MCT oil works! And it's amazing!!!

Aufgrund der Tatsache, dass das MCT von Quest Nutrition nicht mehr nachbestellbar war, haben wir uns für diese Alternative entschieden. Im direkten Vergleich hat es aufgrund der dunklen Farbanteile (Fasern?) sowie der schlechteren Löslichkeit zuerst einen etwas irritierten Eindruck hinterlassen. Ob es besser oder schlechter "wirkt" ist nicht festzustellen, da wir ausser Kohlehydratfreiheit keine medizinischen Anforderungen stellen

I found this to be quite delicious and have it daily in my bulletproof coffee.Will be buying. Again!

Tastes like a house fire in your mouth. First time with MCT powder so not sure what it should taste like, but I will be trying another brand for sure.
