I’ve been using it for over a year, and it’s worked really well for me. It’s easy to use, lightweight, and heats up very quickly. I also love that it turns off automatically after an hour — there have been times when I forgot to turn it off and left, but nothing happened thanks to its auto shut-off system. If you’re going to use it professionally, I definitely recommend it. I use it in a beauty studio for straightening treatments, and many times it stays on for more than six hours. Worked well for 4 months then had issues with it. The flat iron would heat up, but not to the temp’s it used too. I followed the warranty process, emailed Amazon, they said to contact the seller. Contacted the seller, it seems there are multiple people who use the same email address. I would explain that I had an issue with the iron hearing up, but not to the high temp it used to heat up. They requested I fill out a form, I did. I also had to take a video of the model, and include a description of what’s wrong with it. They responded back stating my video wasn’t in the format they wanted. They sent me an example of the format they wanted. It was a video of a person turning on the iron and touching it on the heated part several times. Ofcourse I’m not going to do that because it still gets hot, just not hot like it did! They asked for my Amazon chat where I inquired about the warranty, ofcourse that isn’t saved in history. All in all I tried for several months to get the item under warranty and gave them the opportunity to make it write. After many emails, videos, and chats I gave up. So my review is the product works well for a short amount of time but if it breaks, good luck, no support!
