Awesome - beginner swimmer - really helps me to work my legs
I am beginner / intermediate swimmer. This really helps me to propel me when I use a float to practice my kicks for front crawl; before without this, I wasn't moving and it was very frustrating. Now I really work my legs and I am moving through the water and it gives me more confidence.It is just right for me, fits perfectly and gives good resistance for my ankles and helps me to work my legs from the hips through to my thighs. It slows it down to allow me to focus on my hips and thighs. Excellent buy for me!

Couldn’t get in with these
Persisted for a few weeks with these but couldn’t get on at all with them. Have replaced with the arena powerfins which are exceptional by comparison. Night and day!

Not tried yet, but so far so good.
I haven't had a chance to try these in the water yet but, so far, I like 'em.They come in a nice mesh bag and there are some confusing plastic inserts that have you wondering what they're for. I gather they're inserts to keep the shoe bit in shape while you're not wearing them.Now all they have to do is not cause any rubbing on the ankles when in use and I'll be very pleased!

Perfect for swimming training
I bought these for my 11yr old daughter who has joined the local swimming club.I researched training fins and these came up as a top10 fin available, and it was made by Zoggs which is a swimming brand I have bought before.My daughter won't admit it, because she wasn't happy with them, she wanted a pink pair that would take 2-3mths to arrive, however, when I watch her these fins are very practical. They are not too big so don't effect her walking unlike larger fins, yet she keeps up with her team mates no problems.

Does the job.
Again bought after a coaching session. Not easy to get on and off but that is normal with any fin. Give good thrust in the water.

Not For me -- If you have poor ankle mobility ir runner
Kicking is literally the hardest thing for me and used this in the hope to improve my kick, unfortunately these are very aggressive on your ankles and preferred the DHB - Sorry folks but it may suit others.

Good fin
Good fin, but feel a little tight for me for a 9.5-10.5 size (I’m a UK 10) hope they loosen a little, as don’t want foot cramps.
