Item arrived vacuum packed. Once opened and left for a few hours it was as it should be. Gives your head and neck better support than a normal pillow and is very comfortable. Don’t waken up anymore with a stiff neck or shoulders. Great little pillow which I will take with me wherever I go to get a good nights sleep.

Well my wife who is about to strangle me showed me this pillow. It's not cheap but it is comfortable.Apparently my snoring has reduced a lot but not completely. It does take time to get used to.I would recommend it

I love this pillow . I suffer a long history of chronic bad neck . This pillow gives me support and helps me to sleep in comfort .

I wouldn't give this product any stars but it won't submit if you donta waste of money not worth the price they are asking. After taken it out the vacuum pack still thin and flat 24 hours later hopping to get my money back. Looks like it would be suitable for a baby and not a adult.

I've been using this pillow for over a month and it has helped with neck and back pain. Did not help with snoring (though not many things do). Biggest complaint is that this pillow is tiny! It's not thick enough to use on it's own, and is not as wide as as standard size pillow.

I love this pillow, great neck support, improved sleep quality and eased the neck and shoulder pain.

To small and not deep enough. Lot of money for a small piece of foam !!

Bought for my neighbour who has been complaining of neck pain. After just the first night,she rang to thank me as she had, had the best night's sleep for ages. By the 3rd night of using, she says all her neck pain has disappeared.
