This converter was perfect what I needed for drawing 12 V down to 5 V for my Raspberry Pi projects. I have ordered several and they have all worked perfectly. You can’t go wrong with this item.

Not powerful enough for the pi 5
Bought this for the raspberry pi 5 and its not giving even the 5 amps the pi requires and this is supposed to be 10 amps. Very disappointed.

Used this to knock down the voltage of a small 24V solar panel to 12V. The solar panel is then hooked up to a 12V battery to keep it trickle charged. Worked great for my application.
