Easy to take and packed with all vitamins needed… including folic acid! Very helpful with an unplanned pregnancy to know I’ve been taking for 6 months without realising haha!

I've always taken vitamin supplements but started to feel a bit off. Brain fog, tired constantly and emotional (Won't even start on my hair thinning - I take hair supplement anyway and my moods). Had a look about and saw these vitamins worked for others with my symptoms. About 2-3 weeks in and I noticed a difference. Whether it was placebo effect or not I don't care. Now been taking these about 3-4 months and none of the old symptoms have returned, so a plus for me. Plus it's a good brand. I'd highly recommend them. They are a bit large (You take one of the oil ones and one green one a day - recommend taking them after eating!!), but with a glass of water I manage to swallow them.

If you are in your 40s and started to feel different, then these are for you. I feel 100% better since taking these, sleep better, mood is better, don’t feel as tired. Someone also in the comments mentioned centrum vitamins, I agree these are better. Just remember to take both together.
