These really hug you and keep the heat in. The only thing I would like to see changed is the waistline. Instead of it having any regular kind of waistline, it is just a non-stretchy, small band. It would be great if these had a more traditional stretch waistband. Getting them over my rear is a bit of work and they kind of create a crease in the waist because they don’t have a proper band.

I have been struggling with weight loss for awhile. I stopped smoking 2 years ago (🥳) and had 2 back surgeries in those 2 years as well.. So gained 50+ pounds! 🫣 i got the pants last night so first think this morning i tried them on! Let the sweating began lol! They are SUPER hard to get on BUT you immediately feel them suction on to your body! I am 5'2 (barely) and weigh 190! i have big thighs and a lower c-section mama pouch (fupa)! Its only been an hour but i Can definitely feel the sweating!! I will also add i got the L/XL and i am glad i didn't go bigger. They were a PAIN to get on absolutely BUT any bigger i feel like they wouldn't do the job! I will definitely be getting more pairs!!!

I love this pants, they make you sweat loads, I use them with a sweet sweat cream and is amazing, my only concern is that mistakenly I ordered a size XL and they fitted (I’m usually a size S or M depending on the brand, so just be careful on the sizing.

This arrived and is comfortable. It fits a size smaller than I expected. It's snug, but after trying them on, I immediately began to sweat. I have high hopes!

The shorts are to die for. No jokes! They are thin, light (my previous ones were thick and too solid), and look like usual biker/yoga shorts and not like sweet sauna shorts. I‘m very happy with the purchase!

Love these workout sauna pants. Couple of suggestions; buy more than one pair if your workout several times a week. I work out 5x’s a week and I bought 2 and it’s not enough because you cannot dry them in the dryer (which is standard for all these types of pants) I got an extra large and they fit perfect. I am 5’5 about 195 and I wear a large in most items so I went a size up. The other thing, and I think this is a good tip, I use this cream that is supposed to enhance fat loss but even if I didn’t, I wear a thin pair of leggings underneath so the pants don’t get so sweaty. I do this because to keep them nice they need to be cleaned after every use and they dry faster if I don’t have to soak them to get the cream off. I hope that makes sense. Anyway love them and am order a couple more and a top as well.

Product fits well and does not roll up (or down) when using it. Easy to clean and very comfortable while still being effective. Very satisfied with this product.
