So far so good with my nervous Staffy, 5 nails on first attempt. Will keep going and hope she gets used to it.

The light just makes nail clipping so much easier.

This item may be good for larger breeds, but for small and medium sized dogs they are too big. I couldn't really see where the vein ends, and I am a qualified dog groomer. I will persevere.

Sharp clippers BUT the file is useless and the led light dosnt show the quick it only works on white claws but you can see that anyway so don’t buy them if like me you was hoping to be able to see the vein 🫣

I liked the idea of the light but the positioning of the light made it hard to get the claw in correctly. Had to return.

The clippers were ease to use and the light came in handy while trimming. Nails cut without issue!

The light is super helpful, it is sharp and easy to use.

I loved the light aspect of these clippers along with the handle which was nice and sturdy. The problem I had is with clipping my little dogs nails. A few of their nails tend to curve close to their little paw pads. So because the clipper part is a bit thicker on the end it pinched the pads of their toes. (It only happened once because I didn’t try it again on their curved nails.) On the curved ones I had to go back and use the cat clippers I have. Just wish the end was a bit less “heavy duty”. Other than that they are terrific clippers. You big dog owners…excellent product!

I ordered them first as a gift them reordered them for myself, the light is a game changer and really does help if you are a bit nervous or if it's your first time clipping your dog or cats nails. Works great on the lighter colored nails, black nails are a bit tricky, but the light still helps.

These clippers are great. We have 2 large dogs with dark nails. The nail guard and light made it easy to cut their nails. They are very sharp which also makes it easier. Clearly a quality product.
