This moringa powder is a fantastic addition to my daily routine. It's certified organic and 100% natural, which gives me peace of mind about what I'm putting into my body. The fact that it's gluten-free is a huge plus for me since I have some dietary restrictions. I love adding it to my smoothies and juices; it blends well and doesn't have an overpowering taste. The resealable and recyclable packaging is super convenient and environmentally friendly.Didn't like: The powder can be a bit clumpy, so it takes some effort to mix it thoroughly. The price is on the higher side compared to other brands. Also, the packaging could be more durable; it feels a bit flimsy.Overall, it's a solid product that fits well into a healthy lifestyle, but there's room for improvement.

It came this morning, after me seeing it promoted multiple times as a superfood that gives you energy.I only took half a teaspoon in a 500ml bottle of apple juice, within 30 minutes I started to feel a bit sick, almost gagging, my stomach was turning and I felt somewhat fatigued, from the nausia of course, after an hour I was on the toilet.Fruit juice never does that to me of course it may have been a contributing factor, but after reading up more the side effects of moringa are usually nausia and diarrhoea.I didn't expect those side effects. I'm sure it comes with that info I must have overlooked it. But I won't be taking any more, I can't be doing that to my self.I will however use in my bath salt blend as it has benefits on the skin.Each to their own others seem to tolerate it well.Good for constipation I bet haha

As a novice to taking this I began slowly taking a small amount mixed with manuka honey.. And a tablespoon of water... Its an earthy taste which isnt unpleasant... Whilst I can't make medical claims I can say that it has helped reduce my heart rate and my blood pressure and I only take what is in the picture once a day... It leaves me with a general sense if calm well being while still being mentally alert... Doesn't make me sleepy but sleep pattern has improved in the last two weeks of taking this... I found it helped with pre menstrual bloating which I actually did not get this month... Another few months, will clarify that effect on me... Overall I'm impressed that so little if this gift from mother nature can help so much...

Love this Moringa powder. Great taste, I've been taking this regularly (half a teaspoon to a full spoon depending on the size of what I'm consuming) with smoothies and in savoury dishes and can certainly say my skin is looking better after a month or so of taking it. Was recommended to me by a friend and super grateful they shared it with me. Firstly the packaging is super vibrant and looks great in the kitchen, whenever I have visitors over they always ask what it is and eventually end up trying it!
