We bought this item years ago like almost five years and still works!! We always carry it with us when we travel so we can weigh our luggages. It’s easy to carry with you, just put in any bag pocket. This is a trick when you travel so you can’t go beyond the required weight in the airport.

Very easy to use, I didn’t need to read instructions to use it right out of the box, and when I later read them I was pleased to see the other things it did, such as the backlight of/off facility for battery life extension. The display is very clear.When weighing the scales settle on the weight when the item hanging is stable, but I find it locks a little too quickly and I would like to be able to adjust the load for some reason, not having enough time means that sometimes have to reset it and repeat. Having said that, if weighing a very heavy item, such as a suitcase, locking quickly is advantageous.It has been very accurate for what I have used it for so far, and I have checked it against a set of calibration weights weighing 50g, 200g and 500g. Of course, not really being designed for such small weights as these I was delighted to discover that both 200g and 500g weights were accurately weighed and even the 50g was only out by a negligible amount, I forget what it was but it was about the same as my kitchen scales.I like that it uses two AAA batteries rather than the button cell of many others because it is quick and not in the least bit fiddly to change them, they can be removed if not in regular use to save battery life and safeguard the device should any batteries used leak and go rusty, but the biggest positive regarding batteries is that almost every shop, garage and friend (and my cupboard) will most likely have these available if they run out unexpectedly.

It could be better: it has a difference of some gramms but that is all.

Weighs well and easy to handle. On the downside the hook is too small to go around a suitcase handle and a strap of some description (not provided) is needed to loop around the handle to place on the hook.

Needed to be able to weigh up to 35kg, this fitted the bill and seems accurate when compared with what the airport weighs the same item at. Doesn't feel particularly well made but robust so far, no problems
