how do you use the applicator?

Apply a little cream to the area and spread over the applicator. gently insert the applicator tube into the area and squeeze the tube gently into the anus. Do not insert too far just enough to apply the lubricant to the anal tract. I’m not a physician so this is advice from a layman user. Good luck. I would also advise reading the accompanying leaflet
