THE PERFECT SOLUTON - FINE, THIN, CURLY HAIR (I BOUGHT THREE SETS - READ TO SEE WHY)
WOW - I am so pleased! A game-changer!I learned about velcro rollers on YouTube. I have struggled with fine, thin, curly hair for all of my life. Things haven't improved with age (I'll soon be seventy).I bought one set of rollers to try, not feeling particularly hopeful. The set came in a nice zippered case. A good touch! I figured I could use the case, even if I had to throw away the curlers. I tried all four sizes. The best solution for me was a combination of two sizes (the pink over most of my head and the yellow for the short hairs along the edges.) I use a purple roller for my bangs. Sometimes I use a combination of purple and pink -- when I want my hair to be straight with volume. Yes - the purple size "straightens" my hair.Once I learned that the rollers will really and truly stay in place -- and won't pull out my hair -- I ordered another set, which also came with the zippered case. And then a third! Although this one came with a drawstring bag, which was disappointing.I use a small dab of TIGI CURLS ROCK finger-combed through my hair. Then used the rollers just like we used to in the sixties. Rolled up small sections of hair and waited for it to dry. For my thin hair, drying time is about 30 minutes.I have perfected my routine. My hair is shiny, bouncy and appears thicker than I know it to be. I am transformed! No more hot curler or blow dryer for me unless I am traveling. i am keeping my hot brush curler for travel days.

VELCRO ROLLERS FOR BOUNCE AND SMOOTH STYLES
Velcro rollers are a great addition to hair styling tools, but they have pros and cons. They do what I need them to do. I’ve used this type of self-grip hair roller for years. Most often for bangs and a little lift in the crown area. I don’t used them all over my head because that’s not the smoothed look that I want, but they work very well for short or long hair and any hair type. This set has 24 rollers – 6 each of Small, Medium, Large, and Xlarge. The length of your hair and style will depend on how useful they are and how many of them you use at a time. The included 12 clips aren’t really necessary. I wouldn’t sleep in them to prevent hair pulling and discomfort, and it’s not like you’ll wearing them in the wind. The plastic clips are pretty cheap looking, but still functional for sectioning hair or creating other types of curls. I chuckled at the rat tail comb for teasing and sectioning hair with the metal tip. Again, somewhat useful but pretty old school style. These rollers are designed for ease of use. In just a few minutes, once you get the hang of it you can cover your whole head. Convenience and ease of use come with a tiny downside: the Velcro always pulls some hairs out during removal and they accumulate on the roller. The rollers are a pain to clean, so the rat tail comb is great for pulling up the hairs before washing the rollers. Yes, I would recommend washing the rollers first and keeping them clean. See my photo of an old Velcro roller with accumulated hair and lint. My brown hair isn’t showing well in the photo but there’s a fair amount of it on the roller. The longer your hair, the worse it is. They get yucky looking real quick.Velcro rollers are what they are. A great convenience and better suited to some styles than others. You can’t beat what they do best, and I think everyone should have a set. My go-to method is actually styling with butterfly clips and that takes me under a minute with fantastic results. But, I’ll never give these up, like I did hot tools awhile ago. My hair stays healthy and strong without unnecessary use of heat. Can’t beat an air dry or the aerated roller design for faster styling with a hair dryer. Ignore the model photo of spiraled, long hair. These rollers are for a smooth look with lift, and won’t achieve curly styles like that. And don’t believe the claim of not pulling hair. It’s unavoidable, but not painful. Set comes with drawstring storage/travel bag in polyester.Made in China

Tiktok influenced me
I’d been wanting to try rollers to make my Dyson blowout set and last longer. While they are comfortable putting them on and letting them sit while you do something else, removing them is another story. The first time I felt like I was just ripping my hair out but after a few uses I got the hang of it. I love the size variety!

Okay Rollers
I've tried a few velcro rollers, and while these are very grippy, they are on the verge of too grippy. When I removed these, I felt like they were going to rip my hair out, and my became extremely frizzy attempting to remove them. The clips included might work for shorter hair. I have fairly long hair and the clips included were essentially worthless. I have a set of stainless steel alligator clips that worked much better and held the rollers in place. With the plastic one includes, they're not long enough and the do not hold the rollers in place and they instantly fall. These might work better for someone else, but for my thick, long hair these were a miss. While there is a lot of variety in the sizes included, I also felt like there were not enough larger rollers for longer hair.

Easy to use!
These Velcro rollers are super easy to use and even fine/thin hair is easy to wrap around these rollers and stay in place. These come with a variety of sizes so you can choose smaller rollers for tighter waves/curls and larger ones for body and wave. This comes with a teasing comb, plastic clips to section off your hair when rolling (or hold rollers in place) and a drawstring storage bag to store your rollers when not in use. Just dry your hair as normal, but roll your hair in these rollers while damp to create curl or wave in your hair. My reason for removing a star is because the rollers did pull some of my hair out when taking the rollers out because my hair adhered to the Velcro very well. I used the large rollers in my hair to achieve body-wave and these worked effectively. Using these as an alternative to hot rollers or other heated hair tools keep your hair from getting damaged. See my pictures for more details. Thank you for reading my honest and objective review.

Pulls your hair out!
Not impressed! When I used them for the first time, it pulled out so much of my hair.I tried to return them but they were charging me $7.79 for the return. Not happy!

Lots of roller sizer to choose from
I recently purchased a 38-piece hair roller set for my daughter and I have mixed feelings about it. On one hand, the set comes with a variety of roller sizes, including large, medium, small, and mini, so you can choose the perfect size for your hair type. Additionally, the self-grip design is gentle on your hair and does not cause any pulling or discomfort. However, we still needed to use a hairdryer to get a good curl. My daughter slept with the rollers in and the curls did not turn out very nice. If I’m going to use a hair dryer, then I feel there’s not that much difference then using a curling Iron. The curls did turn out very nice with the added blow drying.I still recommend this product, maybe I’m lacking in experience. The self-grip design is gentle on your hair and the duckbill clips are helpful in keeping the rollers securely in place. Just keep in mind that you may need to use a hairdryer to achieve the best results.

Great value and easy to use!
These self grip hair rollers are really what I was looking for. They are easy to use. With the different sizes, you can use them on different hair length and create different hair styles. They really have a good grip on hairs. It would have been nice to have metal clips instead of plastic ones but for the price it's alright. The bag is a nice touch! It would have been a mess to not have one.

Variety size and good
I like how this set comes with a number of different sizes for the rollers. Most rollers have only small medium and large rollers but this has multiple size options. I also like that it comes with a bag to store the rollers along with clips. They are easy to use when putting them in the hair but a Gaston to take out. Because of the self grip when taking them out you have to be careful and patient otherwise it fall pull your hair out. Other than that I like this roller set and good value for its price.

Perfect rollers
Several different sizes, they stick quite well and stay in. Definitely takes longer than 3 minutes to dry them all though. Comfortable enough to leave in for a while if you prefer to air dry as well.
