I like the "thicker" appearance of these Uni-Ball EYE UB-157 pens. I have bought them in the black colour for years. I wanted some thicker ink than the standard biro so that it would stand out on mind maps I put on the wall. These do the job perfectly. Will certainly buy again.

So far I'm very happy with my purchase. Others have complained they came in a zip-lock baggie instead of proper packaging - I'm guessing this is because the vendor buys in bulk and re-packages. But I've not noticed any usage on the pens, they seem brand new to me. The colours are really nice. I'm using them in my Bullet Journal which has thick paper but I think must be very porous as it allows most inks to bleed through - these seem to be sitting on top of the paper and not bleeding through which is exactly what I had hoped for. I can see some print from the other side of the paper but not enough to cause a problem. I'm sure if I pressed hard or let the ink set in it would bleed - but for the time being I'm happy with my purchase.You can see in the photo that the opposite page also has a mini-calendar written on it - the purple is visible some (by September) but the orange used for the mini-calendar opposite of August doesn't really show through.

These pens write very well, probably make my handwriting a bit neater, don't forget to take them out of your pockets before you put your clothes in the wash, they don't hold up so well on a spin cycle haha.

Good to used

I've been buying the black pens for years and was pleasantly surpriseed when I saw they did them in various colours. So good to use. Smooth and properly inky without being smudgy.
