Exact replacement for original part
This is an inner tie rod and was the exact replacement for the original part. That makes installation simple and easy. The part and joint are of good quality and feel solidly put together, no slop in the joint. Just remember, you will need an alignment after you replace this part. Too short for 2007 f150 xl 2wd
Looks like a solid part. It's about 2 inches shorter than the one I have on my truck so I had to return it. It said it fit, but it didn't. Reinstalled the old one until I get a replacement that fits. Very easy to install. 2007 F150 XL 2WD

Super easy and inexpensive fix
Initially nervous about replacing the inner tie rods on my 2005 F-150 2wd but couldn’t have been easier. Best thing I did for myself was soak all the nuts on the truck with penetrating lube for a few days before. Inner tie rod came off very easily using a pipe wrench, no need for a specialty tie rod tool. Removed the inner and outer tie rods as an assembly so I could get an overall measurement for rebuild and as close to aligned as possible.Tools needed21mm deep socket for outter tie rod2 lrg adjustable wrenches for jam nut and to hold outter tie rod1 needle nose pliers for bellows boot clip1 flat head to break upper bellows boot clamp1 ratchet1 pipe wrench for inner tie rod nutBlue thread locker for inner tie rod2 lrg zip ties to reattach upper portion of bellows bootTook me 2 hrs start to finish

Great parts, great service by Moog
Nice, quality part. Just to feel it in your hands, you can feel there is a difference in Moog parts. Yes, you will have to buy two outer tie rods and two inners depending on what you’re changing, but Moog products are well worth the money. And remember, “If it’s not in a Moog box, it’s not Moog.” Plus the customer service is good. They did an advertisement where if you sent them a picture they sent you a free Moog hat. I like when a quality company interacts with their customers.

Replaced on my 04 F150 XLT 4x4
The Ball joints on my outer tie-rods went out. When I looked at how it all looked, I wasn't sure that I would be able to easily separate the inner and outer tie-rods, so I decided to just replace them all with new while I was down there. These fit perfectly and made for a nice clean install.

oem quality
I replaced two inner tie rods that came in a front end kit I bought from Amazon earlier last year. They went bad almost immediately. I decided to replace them with a nationally know quality part, which these were. They installed easily and i'm anticipating long service from them.
