What I love about these rings is that no matter how much I take these off and put them back on by bending and pulling them you don't see any damage to the rings at all! The ring that twists around your finger I use that one on my thumb and I constantly have to uncoil and recoil it to remove it from my thumb and it look the same as it did when i purchased it.
