This gum is not meant to be the sort of gum that you chew for ages. Spry make two gums which are great for me, this one and their green tea flavour.I'm happy that my mouth has a bit more protection than I can get just from cleaning my teeth twice a day using this, and hopefully it will help me reduce the damage from having a chronically dry mouth.

Nice gun but the tast not as spicy as I expected. Also fades away really fast, so I usually take two at the time.

Very juicy and long taste chewing gum .Nice cinnamon flavour and without aspartame !after chewing you feel ,that you mouth is fresh.

Has the same texture as normal gum! Love the minty taste however the taste does wear off quite quick! Other than that, I love how xylitol is the main ingredient! Would recommend to anyone who has struggled/struggles with cavities!

Best natural xylitol gum I've found for reasonable price. I have one daily. Buy two if you can
