Work for me, good value, taste nice
Can't specifically say how much of an effect on sleep they have as I already take Magnesium Threonate (which is an excellent sleep-aid for anyone who's interested).I do find in general they help with relaxation, calm my nerves and reduce anxiety. I take them at all times of day, as & when I feel the need, usually 2 or 3 pastilles at a time. They are tasty, just a subtle blackcurrant flavour, natural and not too sweet. They are pretty tough as a lot of reviews have said but me personally I tend to just suck on them rather than chew. Good value as far as I'm concerned, you get quite a few in the tin, I'd guess 35-40 pastilles...

Help relaxing at bed time
These were for my son (12yrs) he has trouble settling at night due to anxiety with school. They help he relax and get to sleep quicker. Easy to swallow and nice flavour.

Placebo effect
Great little tin, however I’m sure it’s a placebo effect as they didn’t really help me to calm down in most situations. Easy to chew and swallow the tin is a bit fiddly to open and close but when you get the hang of it it’s ok. They smell ok and don’t seem to have any side effects. It didn’t aid my sleep.

For me they do work, convenient and taste grear
Sceptical, but they do work. For me, it's not an instant deep sleep, but if I take them long before I go, they do tend to stop me thinking, getting awake is slower in the morning
