It was at a reduced price so I purchased it but I hadn't realised the expiry wouldn't even be a year. I have to use all of it by October, it's already end of April now. I wonder if it freezes OK....

I use this and also another brand, but this I find this brand more gentle on the digestion if the birds have digestive issues.It has literally saved lives of birds that I rescue.I tube feed the birds but I havent always been able to do this, try to learn if you can as its the easiest way to get liquid food in to them, and the least stressful.Small and often is the key, 5ml at a time with a pigeon and see how it goes down.I often mix in cinnamon powder as well as this kills salmonella and ecoli within 24 hours so its good for the product if you leave it sitting around to use later and its also good for the bird.
