Nice without too much heat
This sauce goes remarkably well with spring rolls as dipping sauce. Unfortunately it doesn't it last long. It provides a nice flavour without too much kick.

Good product, but short use-by date
This is a good product, but I suspect that the supplier used Amazon to get rid of their stock with a shelf life that was running out….. as it arrived with only 6 weeks left on it’s use by date….unfortunately I didn’t realise until I had started to use it.
