This nose spray works wonderfully when I am battling allergies or a cold. I use it before going to bed and it last all night. It does sting a little when you first apply it but that goes away very quickly leaving the nostrils feeling clear.

I have a deviated septum and it’s not always convenient for me to put a layer of Vicks in my nostrils. I also have the non medical Vicks inhaler, but they’re only good for short term use. These provide lasting relief and I plan to keep one in my bowling bag and one in my “man bag” that I keep in my car when I’m out of the house.

I gave it 4 stars. I expected a menthol smell, but didn't notice it. however, it still helped with my congestion during allergy season.
