ok though hot water bottle probably as effective.
Advises against heating beyond 2 mins which makes sense because it could burn your skin. Only problem is that after 2 mins it didn't feel evenly heated to me and then it did not retain the heat for long. Not as effective as i had hoped it would be. Could probably have used my hot water bottle.
