I bought the shelter with the option of the cat flap and self heating blanket. I read reviews where people have complained that the cat flap is not fitted and you have to fit it yourself. The thing is that it is easy to do. You do not need the back panel part. That only makes sense if you fit the flap to a door or wall in your home. You do not need to cut anything. The instructions say a jigsaw, sandpaper is required but you don’t have to cut anything. All you need is a drill with a tiny drill bit. I also recommend you get your own screws. 3 or 4 will be needed.You simply drill the holes and screw the flap into place. It will take 5 minutes.Worth the money. To really give a cat protection from the cold I would strongly recommend fitting a cat flap.
