Energy, energy, energy for this old 69 year senior. I can tell the difference when I take them daily and have purchased them multiple times. If I run out I can tell the difference immediately as my energy lags. I have them on monthly subscription reorder.

New product for me. Is very easy to swallow, seems to work giving me energy but I prefer my former discontinued greens supplement. Price is ok but I think I will pay more & get a different brand. UPDATE: I’ve had time to use this & know that makes a difference in my feeling better, digestive system. The tablets are easy to swallow. Am going to continue purchasing & using this product. It’s also organic & worth the price.

I just started taking the spider week and take to five minutes to to three times a day so it’s really too early to tell. I do know that it makes me feel pretty good.

Like many, I don't each enough fruits, veggies, and greens. A good blend of these nutrients is a sensible way to complement my day-to-day diet. When choosing a supplement like this I look for a few things.First, are the ingredients organic? I don't know that organic really makes a difference but being these are concentrated foods any contaminants would also be concentrated. Being organic does not hurt.I then look at the variety of included foods. In my unprofessional opinion, the wider the range of foods used in a supplement the more likely it is to give my body anything it needs. I have seen some veggie blends that had 6-8 veggies in them. This just does not seem like a wide enough variety. Further, those brands' light-on ingredients also tend to include just the most common veggies (tomatoes, onions, garlic, broccoli, etc), those I do eat plenty of.Next, I look for how much of the various foods are included. I have seen blends that have 60mg of products in them. That is such a tiny amount as to be useless. Quality products seem to have between 1300-2000 mg per two capsules.Finally, I look at the cost. These types of supplements seem to run from $10/bottle up to $80 for some two-bottle (Fruit, Veggie) sets. I have tried the more expensive products but they don't seem to offer me much more than I can get from a well-blended product in the $15-20 range.So, how do these compare to my list? Happily, they are a great fit. Organic, 1350mg, a well thought out blend of ingredients, and a price right in my happy place. The mix of ingredients is broad and covers a wide range of greens. The fruit/veggie components provide a full-color range of foods. A nutritionist friend once told me that the best, simplest way to make sure you are getting what you need from food is to eat foods of all kinds of colors. The color of food notes the type of phytonutrients the food has, so a good mix is important.Ok, that was a very long-winded way to say that I like these Raw Power Greens from Clinical Daily and could see reordering them. Now I wish they would make a larger bottle as I hate having to remember to order each month (or, I could use subscribe and save).

I was looking for something to help supplement the fact that I eat no vegetables and very little fruit in my diet. The ingredient list is great, so I gave them a try. So far, I haven't noticed and obvious difference in how I feel but that's often the case with supplements like this. You usually see the most improvement after bloodwork at a doctor. I can't update with that info since I haven't had any done recently. What I can say is that they are a little smelly out of the bottle. They are coated though, so it's easy to swallow them. They are a good value for organic super greens as those can be quite expensive at the local health food stores. They are made in the USA so that's always a big selling point for me. Overall, I'm very satisfied with this supplement.
