They're well made and pretty easy to use on myself. It can provide a lot of suction if you want that. It can be difficult to get it to suction on or adjust the suction, but I've found that it helps if you hold one part of it open with the tip of your finger when pressing it down. Then remove your finger and let it seal. I have fibromyalgia and get a lot of painful knots in my body. I've found that massage tends to aggravate it more than helping it. Instead of pressing on my muscles, this pulls them up. It's better for me and rarely aggravates anything this way. I think they were totally worth the money.

These cups are a good shape and glide nicely with a little lotion. Use them in a stationary position or glide them to provide a great deep massage. These are easy to use and clean. The lip on the bottom is a bit stiff, but the fit and suction are still good. For massage, the dome shaped cups work better. These are great for pain relief and to increase blood flow to a targeted area to improve natural healing. These were my first cups, and I am pleased with them. Remember when selecting cups to determine how you want to use them. These are a great value and are a fantastic compliment to the dome shaped cups.

works pretty good, it's for small areas of the body where the main cup can't hold. such as shoulder tip, back of the hands etc...

I am very happy with these massage cups. They are made of quality material, come with instructions and a bag to store them in, and they have helped my body. Could not be happier with them.

Okay. These took a little practice, but with coconut oil and a bit of patience, I got the technique down.I don't believe that these will reduce cellulite and I'm not using them for that. I'm using it to break upscar tissue and adhesions and for that purpose, it's great. The largest one is huge, the size of my whole palm.That one is good for buttocks and thighs... if they don't stick use a little more oil, slow down or try a smallercup. These won't solve all the problems that they claim it will / my opinion only... however I do believe thatit will raise the tissue and make a real difference in my referred pain from adhesions. It has already. Thequality of the product is great. When you use it, push and lift at the same time while placing it on yourskin and then let go. While moving gently pull up for more suction/but not too much. I'm glad I purchasedthis however I wish they were sold separately(sizes) so I could choose more of one size or the other.

Easy to use personally and professionally - if you're a massage therapist. Provide great suction while remaining comfortable, also good for glide cupping.

Disclaimer- This is my first time using silicone cups so my reason for returning the product could be user error.I could not get them to suction well on my skin. I used balm as recommended, followed the instructions, and looked up some videos on YouTube and I still couldn’t get a great suction.Otherwise the kit was a great offering with multiple sizes, instructions, and the bag to store them in.
