Comfy footrest
Love the footrest. It’s comfy underfoot as I didn’t want anything to firm. The whole look is luxurious. Only issue is the polystyrene filling comes in a separate bag so I had to somehow funnel it into the footrest casing. All I can say is ‘what a mess’! I ended up using a small bowl to scoop and drop. Unfortunately the filling is not enough and I had to buy more filling to ensure it was packed and firm. I would guess it was about 40% empty. I would let that put you off as the item is lovely…..and the extra filling cost a few about £4.

Not worth the money especially considering you have to put the beans in it yourself.
The quality of the cord is nice and soft, but I'd say that is the only good thing about the product unfortunately...1. The price is way too high for such a small beam bag that you have to fill yourself.2. It makes an absolute mess when you try filling it with the beans, I even tried stuffing the bag of beans inside the cover and it still made a huge mess.3. The fact that you have yo fill it yourself is shocking, they can fill a plastic bag with the beans to package with the case so why not cut out the middle man and just fill up the case and not use the giant plastic bag?4. Besides from the cord feeling nice and soft, it's the the most comfortable footstool, I definitely don't class it as "putting my feet up".5. This issue I take part of the responsibility for due to not checking the measurements, but as it is a small footstool your feet are only raised off the floor by maybe an inch or two, so if you're hoping to actually elevate your feet, this is not the product for you.

So comfy and neat
Brilliant little footrests. I wanted something to match my purple couch but couldn’t find a product suitable. It had to be soft as I have problems with my heels. It is so lightweight, comfortable and the size is just perfect for putting your feet on. It’s not too high or too low. Just perfect for stretching out your legs and resting your feet. I’m glad I bought one each for my husband and I as if not we’d be fighting over it every night!

Lovely item but hard work to fill
Looks lovely and does the job. Very snuggly for my feet. However, be aware the the polystyrene balls are a nightmare to get in the cushion. They flew everywhere. Cautioned need if you have pets as my cat tried to eat some of the polystyrene balls. Would have been better if cushion was already filled

You have to fill this beanbag yourself. It's a nightmare. Give it a miss, I should.
The quality of the bag is okay, but for this kind of money I don't expect to receive an empty bean bag and a load of beans, along with a set of filling instructions that essentially say, 'These polystyrene beans are highly toxic to children and pets, but they're also highly statically-charged, so your entire house will be covered in them in five minutes flat. Good luck, chump.'The excuse the company gives for not filling the bag before transit is that it's to 'preserve the bag's material'. Frankly, if you have so little faith in the integrity of your beanbag material that you're not prepared to fill them before sending, then you shouldn't be making beanbags out of them. Also, there were too few beans supplied to fill this footstool and the beanbag that accompanied it to my satisfaction.Summary:- I've gained a half-filled beanbag and a fully-filled footstool- I've lost an hour of my life- I've put my back out crawling around the house trying to catch polystyrene beans- I'm probably going to lose two cats to escaped polystyrene beansWould I recommend this product? Do you really need to ask?

Not expected
Its soft that's the only good thing. Smaller than expected and has a paperclip as the zip and the pillow comes separate to the stuffing and had to sort it myself and didn't have enough so had to buy more anyway for the amount it was I expected

Great product. Fantastic customer service.
I brought this last week and it shipped quickly and was very easy to fill and comfortable. It didn’t have enough filling for my liking and asked for more which they accepted and sent quickly without charging me. Great value for money, great quality and great customer service!

Perfect, once extra beans added
Was going to give this product 4 stars as initially it had too few beans in it to make it a comfy height to use with my sofa. However, a quick email to the address on the delivery note explaining the issue I had with the product and within a couple of days I received a second bag of beans - impressed with this customer service, so hence the 5 stars. I now have quite a few beans left over so am tempted to buy another!I had been a bit worried by the reviews saying how difficult it was to fill the footstool. However, I am glad I did not let these put me off. I Googled 'how to fill a lounge pug', watched the simple video and had no issues at all. For the small footstool I didn't need to find a friend or use the box as suggested in the video, I simply slowly tipped the beans from the plastic bag down the funnel.I purchased this in mink and is some lights this appears beige and in others grey, which is OK for me as the rug it sits on contains both colours. However, I would say it is more of a grey colour. It is very light to move around.
