Great Quality
The first thought that came to me on opening the box (other than the amazon packaging it came in being about twice the size it needed to be !), was that this looked a high quality item.I wasn't wrong, this is a great looking piece of kit with a real quality, premium feel about it. I have had stove top makers in the past that didn't quite screw together properly or which burnt your fingers when you picked it up or leaked when you poured it ! No such problems with this little beauty, it went together with real precision, has a soft, comfort grip handle and going on my first few uses, shows no signs of leaking !One thing I will say is that I chose the 3 cup model and it is not massive. It stands about 6" high (see pics) and has a stated capacity of 150ml. I am a big coffee drinker and easily managed to fit it's capacity in 1 reasonably sized cup so if like me, you like plenty of coffee, maybe consider the 6 or 9 cup options ?If instructions are needed, the box it came in has some pictures on the side and there is a seperate sheet detailing usage/care instructions (see pics).I do need to say that i received a discount on this item in return for this honest review but I am so impressed with the look & feel of this item ( as well as the quality of coffee I have managed to produce using it) that I would have no hesitation in recommending it to others.

Poor quality
I'm very disappointed with the item, the base leaks water I wanted to get an exchange but Amazon only seems to offer a return option in the app.
