Is this suitable for babies?

Yes I would says so. My daughter who uses this regularly is 4 years old but would have used the bath oil sooner had I known about this product.

Here are the ingredients of Balmonds Bath & Body Oil: Helianthus Annus (sunflower) seed oil*, Carthamus Tinctorius (safflower) seed oil*, Cannabis Sativa (hemp) seed oil*, Calendula Officinalis (calendula) flower oil*, Lavandula Angustifolia (lavender) flower oil*, Anthemis Nobilis (Roman Chamomile) flower oil, Linalool, Limonene, Geraniol (from essential oils) *organic ingredients. Suitable for Vegetarians and Vegans. Do not use if allergic or sensitive to any of the ingredients. Patch test in the crook of an elbow for 24 hrs before first use. If applied directly to skin, do not expose to strong sunlight due to high oil content. Take care as the oil can make the bath slippery. I hope that helps.

does it remove eyemakeup?

I bought this a while ago for my sons eczema to be frank I told the doctor I was using this and he said to me how do you know for sure what's in this as it isn't medically approved or However I didn't use it after that and not sure if it'll take eye make up off properly but as its oil based it might?! Personally I like to stick with simple eye cream remover and those products which serve its purpose, it's gentle and takes it all off without irritation.
