Seller does not write you back in case you have any issues
The product itself is nice but pricey. The plastic has a nice feel and it fits perfectly in the side pocket of the backpack without ruining the form. However, for this price of the bottle, I expect the seller to be opened for request and questions. I needed a replacement cap, I contacted the seller and was promised that they will send the cap shortly. 2 months have passed. No cap and no answers to my messages since.
