This is a brilliant machine that makes good coffee and has saved me a small fortune whilst inter railing around Scandinavia. It works equally well with pods or ground coffee (I took pods with me on my hols for ease) and being able to use hot or cold water is so useful. I often have a flask of hot water but when I don’t I can still make a coffee to kick start my day.It will also be great for camping so I can see I am going to get plenty of use out of it.There are some drips and it is a bit messy but I found using a small microfibres cloth sorted all that out… I stand the machine on the cloth while using the cup (to absorb drips) and then give the whole think a wipe down with the cloth when I’ve finished.Photo is my coffee on the train.

Good coffee is a big necessity in our lives and hotel rooms etc cause us much misery. We used to carry the smallest regular Nespresso machine but that doesn’t serve when flying somewhere. Then we got the Wacaco manual pump capsule machine, which we thought was great although it’s really hard on the hands & takes a lot of effort.Now, this machine takes the huge effort away. It has a rechargeable battery and works brilliantly with pre-heated water, serving out many, many “portions” on one charge. We haven’t had occasion to make coffee with the heating function except when playing with our new purchase. It worked fine but the battery life drains quickly according to the literature. There are no fiddly parts to keep washing after every use either.My only complaint isn’t about the actual machine. There used to be a handy stand from the manufacturer so that a steady hand isn’t vital during dispensing but this vanished and is no longer offered. Chinese knock-offs are stupidly priced and not as good, so you just need to hold the machine up over the cup…how tiresome ;-)Also, it’s pink!

It means I have excellent coffee at work and I can take it on day trips, camping, beach trips and hikes. Making espresso on a secluded beach has been a delight. I've suffered no end of jealous and inquisitive colleagues.In terms of functionality it is very versatile. The battery capacity can manage five espressos, using room temperature water and i don't even know how many using preboiled water.It comes with two adapters, one for nespresso pods and one for grounds. I use the pods one all the time. I use it about ten to twelve times a week and I've had it a couple of months, I'm very happy with how it performs. If it uses preboiled water it takes less than a minute to produce an espresso. If using cold water it can vary depending on the water temperature but around five minutes.Thise little gadget produces espresso that rivals proper full sized machines. Espresso is pumped creating thick crema.I find it easy to keep clean. Once used it isn't going to leak out remnants so can be stored and cleaned when back home. All the parts requiring cleaning separate and can be rinsed well. The water reservoir can be dried out easily.The only way I could suggest improving this would be to sell an upgraded cup, a nice titanium espresso beaker would be very cool.One thing I really did appreciate from the manufacturers is good instructions and the inclusion of not one but three logo stickers. I wish more brands did that.

Excellent product. Wish I'd known about this years ago.The instructions are a little sparse but once you have examined it, it's pretty obvious how it all works.The water lid can be knocked off a bit too easily (be careful if you are carrying it in the side of a rucksack through undergrowth) and I wonder why this can't be made as a screw-on lid. But otherwise it's great.While pondering its excellence over a nice espresso, I was thinking that the manufacturers could consider a branded holder for the accessories and maybe a branded accessory to hold some milk, sugar and a spoon.The speed of brewing is quite slow (eight minutes-ish) but as long as you know that, it's not a problem.Nice to discover something new and so useful.I lost count of the people who passed me while I was drinking my coffee and commented how great it was to have it freshly brewed coffee. I should be on commission. The only product I have ever bought that has made me new friends.

The media could not be loaded. This is my second unit and notice this one drips slowly does anyone else have this issue? My previous extracted perfectly fine then became weak.

I take this with me every time I travel. It makes great espresso from pods or ground coffee and can also heat the water!! You get many more shots from a charge if you use a kettle to heat the water, but if that's not possible this little gem has your back! Amazing product.

Amazing wee coffee machine. Boiling water drains the battery fast ( 3 shots on a full charge) but overall Amazing find.
