I’m confused with the bra sizes. My bust size is 39” and band size is 32.5”. Which size will fit me the best?

Am confused on size chart. I wear 36 c ...I ordered 38, but feel it's riding up in the front and am pulling it down all the time.

Where is the drop-down box option to choose a size? There is none - usually it's near the top of the page.
