Good alternative
I’ve bought a number of knock off chalk paint brushes, however, this brush was a very go alternative to the $50 Annie Sloan Chalk Paint brushes. Of course, it shows it’s wear much more quickly and had a couple bristle fall out, but it was a actually very good. This brush also doesn’t have the curved shape to the bristles that A.S. does, but again it’s a fifth of the price

Amazing wood and bristle quality
Painted a few cabinet sets with chalk paint with this brush, held up very well for the entire time! I hardly had any loose bristles fall out throughout the whole time, which shows how durable this brush is. I would recommend using this kind of brush if you are using chalk paint or wax as the brush stroke is hardly visible and applies it evenly.

Worst brush I've ever used
Not as described, every brush stroke showed on my wooden piece when I applied the Minwax. I will have to sand and start over. A waste of $13.00. Not sure where I can use this brush and have a nice finish. Once it was used, it lost it's shape and looks like a wild mane. Don't waste your money.

Pira chalk paint and wax brush
Amazing brush, second one and love it!! Won't be disappointed. One of the best ones so far! Firm handle, easy to hold and good thick bristles. I will be looking into other pira products . Makes the job so much easier.
