Way more comfortable than insoles that come in shoes, great bang for the buck
I first bought some of these ages ago when I stocked groceries at night, on my feet all night on concrete. They were good then and they're good now. I recently had a bout with sciatica and the soles in multiple pair of new balance sneakers did me no favors. Granted, time, physical therapy and nerve supplements no doubt did more for getting me back on my feet, but these definitely helped. I was walking a mile a day but could only stay on my street in my neighborhood, lucky to make it back sometimes the pain was so bad, I had to take multiple breaks. Now immediately after replacing the the other inserts with these, I'm back walking all over my neighborhood, many blocks away, no issues, double, at least 2 miles per day. Again, I am not saying these are the sole reason for that, no pun intended... but they immediately helped and provided relief, and honestly, I do think they contributed, as one of the pair of shoes I had were the most uncomfortable pair of sneakers I've had in my life. These immediately helped tremendously.
