Thread adapter from M16 to M22 external thread ( spray tap thread ). M16 thread is used by newer design taps. The diamter is about 16 mm.

Great tap coverter
This adaptor is perfect for Australians like me who bought an Italian tap and then tried to attach an Australian swivel aerator to it. Unbelievably no one in Australia knew how to get the correct adaptor.
