In the April 2023 issue of Elle Magazine they mentioned that the Babor Beauty Group has been carbon neutral since 2020. They continuously plant trees in the Babor forest and power their HQ with green electricity. So, if you want to buy from companies concerned with sustainability, look no further.And their products aren't too bad either. This is a gentle cleansing foam for all skin types. I'm not a big fan of soaps that pump out of the bottle as foam, because I never feel as if they dispense enough product. That said, when I use this as the second step of my evening double cleanse, a single pump is sufficient. It has a light slippery texture that feels pleasantly refreshing and rinses easily. It leaves my skin feeling clean and soft.The only negative is the scent. Even though this contains artificial fragrance, it doesn't have an appealing perfume-y scent. It has that rubber/plastic/chemical smell that I associate with fragrance-free products. Not my favorite. So, if you avoid artificial fragrance, this isn't for you, but if you enjoy the luxury of aromatic skincare products, it may not be for you either.

This is one impressive gentle cleanser! In fact, the Babor lines seems geared for those of us with sensitive skin. This is the most luxurious foam. It’s so billowy it reminds me of meringue! With the almost 7 oz size, this will last forever. A cleanser like this for morning is perfect for me as it is non stripping or drying. Skin remains supple and ready for Vit C. I have used it at night to see if it removes eye makeup and it does without stinging the eyes. You just have to hit the eye area a second time. It’s also a great product when you are in hurry or just don’t feel like bothering with the full regimen! The scent is pleasant and faint, an herbal concoction of seed oils. The astringent properties are balanced by nourishing protein extracts. I am happy to make this deep cleansing foam a staple in my skincare drawer!

This cleansing foam is very gentle and feels smooth. My biggest dislike is the scent. It's kind of overwhelming and smells a bit like a chemical smell. Not a smell I prefer to use on my face.

The expiration date tells me whether a product has been sitting somewhere on a shelf or an idea of when manufactured for distribution. This product does NOT have an expiration date, likely because it is not required.The PRICE for this cleansing foam is in the usual range. It’s exactly as advertised and works well.

This is a tall bottle of high quality German sebum-cleansing foam. It's within a box, and there's a pump head under the cap. The liquid foams when dispensed via the pump head. It applies as foam, which, when rubbed lathers, but without many soapy bubbles. It's effective at removing oils and waxy matter on the face, leaving the face clean and ready for any additional product (e.g. serums, moisturizers). Given that the oils are removed, the skin feels like it needs a little moisturizer added (although this might not be the case for those with very oily skin).Ingredient-wise, there is fragrance added, although it's very faint in intensity, almost not discernable. There are a couple plant-based extracts within, along with many cleaning ingredients, and some basic moisturizers.This feels like a quality product, and is effective in achieving its purpose.

Ho provato a comprare questo struccante perché l’olio non era più disponibile ma sono rimasta delusa: non strucca come si deve e brucia gli occhi. Perfekte Eigenschaften:Gründliche Reinigung, keine Reizung der Augen, kein Austrocknen der Haut, kaum Duft,Entfernt auch Sonnencreme sehr gut,wie es sich bei Make Up verhält, habe ich noch nicht getestet.Zudem schätze ich die Darreichungsform, der Schaum lässt sich sehr gut auf der Haut verteilen.Aufgepasst bei Reisen, Behälter kann bei Transport auslaufen. Hätte ich die Flasche nicht sicherheitshalber mit einer wasserdichten Hülle versehen, hätten sich rund ein Viertel des Inhalts in meinem Koffer verbreitet.Ich hatte zuvor Produkte von SkinCeuticals, einem Hesteller aus den USA, aber seitdem dieses schwieriger zu beziehen sind, musste ich mich auf die Suche nach einem neuen Produkt machen. Bei Babor wurde ich fündig.Natürlich absolut gehobene Preisklasse. Aber weil für mich gesundheitliche Gründe (empfindliche Augen) ausschlaggebend sind, werde ich vorerst bei diesem Reinigungsschaum bleiben.
