I received the item, however it was faulty and only worked for 30 seconds after being plugged in. Nonetheless, the team was extremely responsive and issued me a refund straightaway.It was pretty while it worked, wish it was working for me.

Looks like a brilliant kettle, gets great reviews - however it should NOT be on the Amazon.co.UK site as it does not have a UK plug. Simply putting this in the description would save a lot of returns and hassle.

Kettle was sold with non UK plug. Not suitable so item was returned.

Excellent product and at such a great price for what it is! This teapot is super easy to keep clean, the cord is nice and short which makes it easy to use, and it heats up water in just a few minutes. It is very durable and long lasting and the overall performance is terrific! The black color goes really well with any kitchen design and the teal adds a sweet color pop. The automatic shut off is extremely helpful for busy mornings. Highly recommend this teapot!

This is great for me to make tea. Boils rapidly and looks good on the counter with a blue light behind the glass pot. No cable to deal with when pouring the hot water out as it sits on a stand with a peg in the middle so I can drop it back onto the stand from any direction. Easy open lid for refilling with water. Someone has actually thought about the perfect kettle before making this, it shows.

I like how fast it heats water and no more overheating and burning a kettle, it has auto shut off , really like that and price was right for the value.

It is a really nice looking electric kettle and it boils fast. My one complaint would be that the lid doesn’t open very wide at the top for when you’re filling it with water. But overall, it looks really nice and it works well so far.

I’ve had it about a month and it works great. Heats water quickly. I do wish the lid opened a bit more but it’s not a deal breaker. I heat water for sealing braids, washing dishes, filling my hot water bag for when I have headaches, mopping the floors, pouring down clogged sinks. It’s so convenient! I now can use my hot water drink dispenser for tea only and not to fill my headache bags. Felt like a waste and that water isn’t cheap.
