Keto Ramen Noodles (6 Packs) - Low Calorie, Gluten Free Shirataki Noodles for Healthy, Low Carb Meals (5.3 Oz/Pack)

I was a little reluctant to try this, but like the other reviewers, I was missing Ramen from my diet. Surprisingly the noodles were plump and al dente. They went well in a soup and with shrimp. I realize that these are not true to our expectations of Ramen, but as a substitute, this was very good. I hope that it comes back onto the market. I would love to buy more. I know they’re a little bit pricey, but if I can eat this at least once a month, it is worth the expense.

I loved "instant" Ramen and it was a regular part of my diet until I was diagnosed as a diabetic a few years ago. At that time I basically gave up all rice, pasta, and most other carbs. Recently I tried a few of the "Keto" noodles and liked them. I'm sure it's still not great for me in large quantity, but good option for the occasional pasta or noodles based meal. Ramen at $4 a pack (sauce excluded) is still a hard sell, but I decided to try give these a try.Well upon delivery the Amazon packaging was not sealed properly and the inside cardboard box was wet from rain. At least I assumed it was rain. Upon opening the box I discovered that one of the packages was not properly sealed. Yay, I get to throw one away before I even get a chance to try the stuff. Now it's up to $5 a pack, and I definitely would't have tried it for that.On further investigation I apparently skipped over other reviews and this is not an odd occurrence, it seems to have happened several times. I understand it not being a return item, but there isn't even a way to file a complaint for a defective item? That's... Well I probably can't and definitely shouldn't say it in an Amazon review.If this were purchased at a local grocery store I'd have been able to go back for defective packaging. Unfortunately products like this are not offered at a local grocery store. Some places may have it, but nothing near me carries specialty products like this. I even have to order online to get the regular low carb noodles. Hopefully adding yet another negative review will help some other sucker avoid wasting their money on this product.EDIT: Tried a pack yesterday evening. Definitely not going to order again. I can't say that the flavor was bad, anything can taste ok with enough seasoning, but the texture is terrible. I would have been ok with soft or firm noodles, I don't want them chewy and rubbery. Followed directions on package to a T, so I don't think it was the cooking that did it.

This product delivers great quality and value. It’s easy to use, performs as advertised, and meets expectations. Highly recommend it for anyone seeking reliability and efficiency in their purchase.

Noodles taste great. A bit expensive though.

I don't care about vegan, I just want the best tasting keto replacement I can find. that being said, I found them to be a decent taste, but tough to cut in your bowl. The taste is good. Still looking for better if I can find it, but this one is one of the better Keto I've found.

This is something you should eat if you had to for survival, but otherwise I'd skip them. They taste strange no matter what you flavor them with and have a texture somewhere between iiman hair and shoe laces. The cost is outrageous as well. Hard pass.

Very disappointing. I cooked the noodles twice as long as recommended, and it was still I edible. It may be keto, but not keto "friendly."

I like these noodles! Because they are low carb, they don’t get mushy like real ramen noodles. They are made to be used with a sauce and that’s how I make them. They are filling and delicious. I used Bombay Bitchin’ Sauce over the noodles and it was super tasty!
