For size 2X: chest pocket is 3 9/16 X 4 1/4 inches. Lower pockets are 7 10/16 X 6 1/4 inches, approximately. No scissor or pager inner pockets.

Are the sleeves short like in the pic?

Yes they are.. Like your arms grew longer than the sleeves. LOL
