The parts the tool comes with are sturdy, but it it needs attachments that are bendable/articulate to be more effective. Also, considering the numerous parts this product comes with, it should really include a case of some sort. I have used it twice on two different vehicles with success since purchasing.Pros:-Sturdy parts-Variety of attachments, airbags, and plastic frame prying tools that cover most applications.Cons:-Arm of rod is round, which takes up more space between the door and frame, increasing possibility of bending or damaging said frame.-Many parts to keep up with that are required to use product, no storage case/bag included

Bought to unlock my car. Will not bend easily. Can not use as I intended. Sent item back.

Nice concept. Bad thing is when using air bladders to pry open door you end up bending the window frame on car door because the grabber is round not flat and if a car is properly sealed it bends and it will scratch the car around entry point even when using tape to prevent scratching. Also because grabber is straight it doesn't bend to access locks, you have to make several attempts at bending the stick to try and unlock sometimes unsuccessfully and also cannot bend plastic hook to grab most door panel locks.. Now I can't return because I bent the "ell" out of it. Total waste of money.
