2 pk PG 240XL CL 241XL Ink Cartridge for Canon Pixma MG and MX Series Printer (Alternative Replacement)

Do not buy this item, even the reset button on the printer doesn't correct the problem of low or out of ink. I bought these and received them at the end of December 2014, it is January 31 and I am out of ink. I followed the sellers instructions and it is still saying they are out of ink. I have bought refilled and other ink cartilages off other sites and they have lasted months if not over a year with no problems. These just don't work. I own a canon printer, brand new last fall, no problems with the printer. Buyer beware, I didn't take notice of the previous reviewers, because I know that sometimes people just troll these sites. But this time I am really disappointed in the product and I should of listened to the reviewers. I emailed the seller, I am waiting for their reply, I will update once I hear from them. For now, go some place else to get your ink ;)

The ink is ok for non important jobs. Not very good for pictures. YES the low in error message will come on BUT when it does press the stop/reset button on the printer for at least 5 seconds and it will continue to print.. Just a small inconvenience for me because I can buy 2 color and 2 black inks for what I pay for one of each in a retail store. I am happy to press a button for 5 seconds.. :)

I bought this ink cartridge in November, 2015., installed it February 10, 2016.As was described it immediately showed 'low'. Only the color ink was about 80% full and the black ink showed low. So I am thinking, it did say it's going to show low and just brush it off.Five days later, however, after printing less than 40 pages the black ink runs out. The previous cartridge, that came with the printer, had lasted for about 3 months. Five days is a rip off. If it were possible to give zero stars I would have.

I purchased two sets of "the house of toners" cartridges. The black ones (both of them) lasted less than a dozen prints each before my Canon printer informed me that the "black cartridge" needs to be changed. In my estimation they were a COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY. A mistake I will not make again...... You should be TOTALLY ASHAMED OF SELLING THEM ! ! !

First of all I thought I had ordered Canon cartridges and was surprised when I received a generic brand but I was in a hurry so went ahead and installed them. The results were not good. I was in the process of printing Christmas cards and envelopes and the colors were off and very dull. After a few printings the "low ink warning came on. I continued to print but am not happy with the results. I performed maintenance on the printer but it still shows the color cartridge as empty. Not a good experience.
