I can not say enough great things about this product. Use it basically anywhere you want. I use it on my knee joints and all those trigger points in my thigh and calf. This Lezer, can dig those things out. You will not be disappointed.

Perfect for working out those deep knots in my back

these two objects are very good for myofascial tissue release. One comment was from a buyer who said these are small. Yes and that is the point . These are small enough to get into the harder points of the body to target specific areas for specific release.I love the size and the general shape for use. I would highly recommend these two trigger point releasetools. The black ball is smaller than a lacrosse ball but a little harder. Great for rolling the feet over .The orange triangular shape works while on the ground or standing and using it between myself and a wall. Great to get into the sactica release areas s.

Works as described 👌 & helps pain relief

Pretty good trigger point stress ball thingies they work really nice on your heels and the little wedge part is nice for back pressure points or knots, they're a little small in my opinion I wish that they were just maybe a size or two up but other than that I think they're pretty good they're holding up well.Cheers

Works great for knots

Easy to use and effective for myofascial release. I got the cone shaped tool for releasing small hip muscles and it works well.

My wife has flat feet, so she often does the old fashioned "foot on a tennis ball or on an unopened can of vegetables rolling back and forth.When I got these, she put them to use. She likes the firmness of the ball, and the size of it compared to the tennis ball she used before. This one is a little bit larger than a golf ball, but because it is smaller, it's easier to navigate to the proper spots in her feet that she wants the pressure applied to. Considering this ball and the other piece are solid material with very little flexibility, I believe they'll last a really long time when cleaned properly.The other piece, I call it the caltrop due to its resemblance to a set of caltrops, it's quite nice too. The point on it is good for focusing on a smaller area instead of the foot as a whole. I've used it a couple of times, myself and for my aches toward the front of my foot, it does a fantastic job.These are well worth the investment if you misplace your tennis ball or are looking for an upgrade to the tennis ball.
