These chairs require a good amount of assembly but it’s not too bad. I did assemble them by myself.The swivel feature works fluidly if they’re on a level surface.The fabric dries fast & the chairs are comfortable enough.

I really love these chairs - they are very sturdy, super nice looking, and very comfortable. They are well made and heavy too, so these are not chairs I will need to put away during a weather event - they aren't going anywhere LOLHowever, the assembly was a little difficult - partially because there are a lot of "moving parts" but also because the instructions were very poorly written. They were hard to follow and vague, thus making it a lot more complicated and time consuming to assemble these chairs.If not for that, this would be a 5 star item but I had to take a star off for that because even with 2 of us working on it, it still took too long. So make sure you bring your patience to assembly :)Other than that, nice chairs that are a nice addition to our patio area.

Update: After just two months, the outside finish is lasting just fine, but it's rusting from the inside out. It's leaving puddles of rust on the deck. I can see rust coming from every screw hole and cavity.Original review:I was most impressed with the weave. It's not just a brown plastic weave. There's a grain to it, it actually looks like real rattan.Instructions are straightforward, and all the necessary tools are included. However, assembly does take a while, there are a lot of bolts here. Hopefully you have a small drill or cordless screwdriver to help a little.Overall these are solidly built and seem great. I'm not sure how fade proof this is, I'll be covering them because I want to make sure they last a long time. I think it's worth it to buy some covers for them. I also have a spray for patio furniture that is supposed to prolong the life of thigs like this.

These chairs look great and good quality, better than a cheap plastic chair. The swivel and rocking chair made these surprisingly comfortable to sit in. The curved arm rests and high back ensures you won’t be sore after sitting in them for hours. If you have back pain the ergonomic curves of this chair will help with stiffness and pain. The swivel is nice, and you can spin a full 360 degrees. The chairs are well made and the ratan weave material is sturdy and easy to wash off. There is assembly required for putting together these chairs. It comes with an instructions sheet with a lot of graphics, but some steps were a bit vague, so it takes some common sense to put together. An online video would have made it easier. It comes with all of the pieces and tools you need. There were a lot of pieces and instructions to follow, but once I had them put together, I was pleased. The chairs have a good weight to them, they’re not going to move around as easily as a cheap plastic chair would. The chairs look great and fit nicely on my back porch. Overall, I am very happy with my order, and I would highly recommend them!

(2 chair set) I'm going to give you the good, the bad, the ugly to this chair set here. First off, they are a nice looking design and will be a welcome sit down especially after you go through what you have to get to that point.The reality is that time IS money, and extra work in today’s world is not a welcome burden for most people especially when you will NOT get paid for that extra work. So, if you are someone with very limited time because of many responsibilities, or finally got to the hard earned point where you want to enjoy life and not work anymore this chair set may not be for you. It was an extremely frustrating experience for me to assemble and very time consuming with tools provided. And I designed and built equipment as part of my work life so hands on experience I am not short of and do take note of quality and cheapness. Both are at play here.The box arrives and is very heavy letting you know before even opening you have something substantial to assemble within. Things inside are packed well with a simple 1 page, two sided instruction sheet with good common sense graphical directions. That's a plus of course as is the hardware (nuts & bolts) to assemble it with in a blister pack sheet of separated parts with coding to help identify. So far so good, until you come to the extremely cheap tools provided to assemble this with. Here is where I immediately part company with liking the maker of this chair set as any mechanic, handyman, or DIY guy knows the tools you have for the job either makes the job a breeze or becomes partly the job itself.They give you a virtually worthless die stamp cut flat 2 sided open end wrench for the nuts (M6 & M8 open end wrench), and 2 hex wrenches (M6 & M8). Using these for assembly is about as pleasant as going to a nice restaurant and paying top dollar for a good meal (the chairs), then having to clean off the table and then do the dishes too. It kind of wrecks the experience your paid for then have to work more and waste valuable time. For the price they charge for this chairs set they should be grateful enough from your purchase money to provide you with a quality double ended box wrench and T-Handled Allen Wrenches. And at their wholesale costs which are easily obtained for a couple dollars if that. It’s like an insult to you after spending your hard earned money to make you work with these cheap tools and all the extra wasted time you spent because of them. So I will forewarn you, if after this review you still want to buy this chair set then pay extra (which again you should not have to do) to get these tools on your own if not already have. Better yet, also get a extended flex drive bit holder for variable speed drill and hex bits. This thing took hours to assemble for just for the 2 chair set with the cheap tools provided.Next, one of the chairs on the first part of assembly requires metric machine screws (M6*15) to go into the base to hold the vertical supports, and that receiver welded in place nut would not accept the screw but part way. The inner threads were bad, possibly from weld splatter. In either case required me taking out my other tools, tap set to cut clean the threads. Who wants to do that? Then on the very last part of assembly the back rest when I went to assemble I noticed the rattan weaving was cut and bad (photo included). After all that work and time the last part was defective. If I would have noticed that first, I would have returned the whole thing and not endured the assembly torture. And here is a little assembly secrete to help save you time. That back rest goes between the two arm rests that you previously assembled and screwed tightly into place. That makes it extremely difficult to fit the back rest in between them. So you have to back track and re-loosen the arm rests to put the back rest in place and screw down. So, don’t torque down the arm rests screws until the last step of backrest is done, then go back and tighten them down. This should be included on the instruction sheet but is not.As to provided parts, I was short on large washer M8, had extra small washers M6 and long screws left over not needed for assembly. All that work for 2 chairs to sit down and relax into. Again, if time is of value to you and you make enough money not to want this type experience, then buy chairs already assembled from your local retailer. If you are pinching pennies or just wanting to save some money this may be for you but with compromises in time and work after you already worked for the money to buy them with. And don't forget if you want to save yourself the wasted time and frustration then provide your own better tools to assemble this with as the manufacturer made it apparent that they do not value your time (only money) by the cheap tools they provide you.Would I go through this experience for the 4 chair set ??? Not the way done for the 2 chair set !!! Now I will have to contact the supplier to see how their customer service is on replacing the one chairs defective back rest. If they replace that quickly and without problems I will be somewhat happier with them. If not I will be sure to update this review on how they handle "defective issues" with their product. But if they really want to increase sales, and get better reviews than they should take note of the things I said here and for a dollar or two more provide you with quality assembly tools to make your experience assembling this a good one, fast, easy, and pleasant, instead of just the opposite.

I have been wanting a nice set of swivel chairs for my backyard with a little table in between them and this is definitely what I was looking for. Good and sturdy chairs. Takes a while to assemble but we did it thanks to my hubby. The are comfortable and nice looking.
