I’ve been taking these for six months and see a remarkable difference in my nail strength and growth. I’ve taken other vitamin D/K pills but find these gel capsules to be most effective and a good value. They are not soybean oil based, which is a bonus, and they are very easy to swallow.

Halfway through bottle at least they seem to work for me haven't tried many other high dose brands though I did try liquid though(well known brand) and didn't notice any difference. I take one or two a day. Easy to swallow no taste/smell for me. Almost gives a little bit of oomph, or extra energy for me which could be more test perhaps. Think this has improved immune function as well.

Checked all the boxes. Great price, like that they are small gel caps and quickly delivered. Not stuck together, nice quality, no seed oil. I take 1 at night daily.
