Q: Does this fit in the tommee tippee twist & click cartridges?

Yes they do, that's the one we have and we got this for it. Not fiddly to use, you just slide the bag down the cardboard cylinder. We were happy with ours but to set expectations - You won't be able to pack it as tightly into the used cartridge as the ones you buy in the shop. The scent (at least on ours) wasn't as powerful to mask No 2's as the shop bought, but it was enough for overnight/a day or so if you twist sufficiently.

Q: Confused....does this mean one cartlidge mean you can't change the bin every few days? Or can one roll be used with numerous bin changes ?

The roll is 100m long. You use one of the old manufacturer cartridges (I have angelcare system) and cut off about 3 metres from the roll (this is about as much fits in the cartridge) and use to refill the (angelcare) cartridge. Then you use as you would normally to get rid of nappies into the bin and empty as you wish until the refill you have created has been used, then cut some more off the roll and fill the cartridge, and so on until you have used all 100m :-)
