I had bought the note air 2 and pen with eraser, but then I damaged my screen- bought the plus, but my pen with eraser won't work at all?!

hi. Interesting. I'm not sure why it would not work. The pens are not Bluetooth paired so I'm unsure what the issue is for that situation. Hopefully you're able to get it to work.
