This product is okay, satisfactory, all right. I take responsibility for making the assumption this pillow would be "adjustable",since other shredded foam pillows I have are. To the best of my knowledge, the advantage of shredded foam is that the pillow is designed to allow the user to select the proper amount of foam to create a softness, thickness and support tailored to the individual.The materials are fine, but the inner pillow does not have a zipper to allow the removal or addition of shredded foam. It is very firm as it arrives, and did not meet my needs. Fortunately I know my way around a needle and thread, so ripped it open, removed 1/3-1/2 of the foam and stitched it back up. Probably took me around 20 minutes, so not a big deal. I hope I got the adjustment right, since re-doing that process would become tedious. I re-read the description, and admit that the maker does not claim the pillow is adjustable. I also looked at other shredded foam pillows and see that every one I saw is "adjustable", so making the assumption I made is not that far fetched. Too bad the didn't put a little zipper in there and charge a couple more bucks. It is the only shredded foam pillow I found in this size and I wanted a small one for travel. I think this will do and would have easily given it 5 stars if it had been designed with the little extra zipper.When I saw they said "lumber" instead of "lumbar", I should have paid a little more attention.
